Carrier and his various sonic experiments sit somewhere between drum ‘n’ bass and techno, unified by a palette of hazy deconstruction. He steps back into The Sound Room after a live set for Durations Festival in 2025, joined by Emily Jeanne, whose own skeletal propulsions fuse dark psychedelia and techno with dubwise attitude. 320 opens with similarly attuned deep-tech and dubbed-out atmospheres. upsammy carries the drum ‘n’ bass thread into The Atrium, colored by skittering halftime and IDM. Kamran Sadeghi’s sound is sculptural, building club music within the the avant-garde, ambient, and modern classical domains. Together, they christen the room’s new sound system through architectural sound design and a multi-disciplinary approach to club music. UPSTAIRS, The Mixtape Club’s Butter, who has been working in record stores since the '90s, shows us a new crate of gems. \- Public Records aims to provide a safer space.
