About the Band:Chennai-born, New Jersey-based singer and violinist Harini “Rini” Raghavan is a pioneer of "Indian Jazztronica," blending her Carnatic roots with global electronic and jazz-pop sensibilities. A 2023 New Jersey State Council on the Arts Fellow, Rini’s decorated career includes a featured performance on the Grammy-nominated album Shuruaat. She has recorded and performed with global icons like A.R. Rahman, Bill Whelan, and Idan Raichel, headlining prestigious world stages from Lincoln Center to the United Nations General Assembly. Beyond the stage, she is an accomplished composer, notably scoring the Netflix series The Fame Game starring Bollywood legend Madhuri Dixit.
