The evening begins with a tasting hour inspired by recipes from DRTY KTCHN, food rooted in memory, migration, longing and home. —Followed by a live full band performance of Madura, Malaya Sol’s debut album. Presented in celebration of both the album release and the first edition of the accompanying cookbook.
